Yes. Researching destinations, safety scores, and neighborhood data is always free. You only pay when you activate a Trip Pass for real-time features.

How do I report a safety concern?

Active Trip Pass holders can submit safety reports directly from the app. You can also email us at support@safesolo.travel.

Can I request a new city?

Absolutely. Email us at hello@safesolo.travel with the city name and we'll prioritize it based on demand.
